Job Role: International Blended Process – Sales

This is a blended role, which means candidates will handle both:

• Voice calls (international customers)
• Non-voice tasks (chat / email support)
• Sales conversion and lead handling

The main objective is to assist customers, solve their queries, and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls 

• Respond to customer queries through chat or email

• Promote products or services and achieve sales targets 

• Maintain proper customer records and follow-ups

• Provide excellent customer experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills in English (Very Important) 🗣️

• Basic computer knowledge
